Search the community and support articles Windows Windows 10 Search Community member. I've been using the outlook plugin for scheduling meetings in Zoom for a loooong time now. Today I noticed my S chedule a Zoom Meeting icon on my Windows ribbon in my calendar has disappeared.
I was using MS Teams for a short while and can see an icon button for Teams on the ribbon now. I'm not using Teams anymore.
How do I get the Zoom icon back? This thread is locked. Compose a New Email. Open Outlook. You can open an email with a double click in the reading pane by choosing it from the menu. On the ribbon, click Zoom. Choose your zoom percentage. Click Remember my preference. The first event in your Outlook web calendar will appear on the next calendar event you choose.
Make sure the date, location, and guest list are populated. To zoom in on an image, click the Zoom button at the top of the toolbar. Then click Zoom, and then enter a meeting over Zoom. Open up Zoom and log in to your account.
Sign in to your Outlook account by opening the email address. The File tab is located at the upper-left corner. Click the account you use to sync meeting invites.
Re-enter your password under the Login Information heading to ensure Outlook is using the correct password. Also double-check that the information displayed in the Server Information section is correct. The fact that meeting invites aren't displaying in your calendar may be the result of a temporary glitch in Outlook.
Restart the program to see if that remedies the problem. If it doesn't, try resetting the calendar view. To do this, load the affected calendar and click the "Work Week" button. I can schedule a meeting within the Web App, but it's not showing up on the mobile app. Any ideas on the discrepancy between the two?

I was looking at the web app settings to find it under "mobile devices. I'm not sure which one, seems to be options under both it's using?

Kind regards. There may just be a sync issue in the Outlook mobile app. Try doing a reset by going into your Outlook mobile settings, select the account, and tap Reset Account.
